Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 3 cups of finely crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 4 packages of cream cheese, 8 ounces each
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of melted semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

To make the crust, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

To make the cheesecake filling, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in the flour, eggs, vanilla extract, heavy cream, cocoa powder and melted chocolate chips.
